How to make Payment
Payment for our service fee can be made by direct credit, cash, cheque or money order. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards. Direct credit (either over the counter or through online banking) is the much preferred method as it is quicker, easier, and if you would like us to search the auctions for your new vehicle, allows us to commence the search for you immediately.
If we are going to be sourcing a vehicle from auction for you, then full account and postal details will be supplied to you in our Getting Started package, along with additional information that explains how to become a customer, how to read the auction sheets, and information about the auctions.
Or if you have decided to buy a vehicle from our online Stock Section then full details regarding payment, shipping, compliance etc. will be provided to you step by step in an e-mail titled Further Information. A tax invoice will be provided for all payments and will include our ABN, address, Dealer's license number and other relevant details.
Payment to the Japanese supplier of the vehicle needs to be made directly, this is done by Telegraphic Transfer (TT). It is not as scary as it sounds and we will supply full instructions in the information we e-mail to you, and of course further guidance if required.
