Refund Policy
Refunds of the service fee are offered to customers on the following basis. A full refund minus a small cancellation fee (see below) is offered at any time up until a vehicle has either been bought at auction based on instructions from the customer, or a vehicle held in stock by a supplier has been put on hold based on instructions from the customer. The cancellation fee is required to cover time and expenses incurred in the search up to the point of cancellation.
Cancellation Fee
$110 base cancellation will be retained plus $110 per vehicle model that the customer had been searching for.
For example, $220 for one vehicle model only, e.g. Nissan Skyline. Where multiple models form part of the search, e.g. Toyota Soarer and Nissan Skyline, $110 will be retained for each model. For two models, the cancellation fee would be $110 base cancellation plus $110 x 2 models = $330. For the majority of customers searching for one model only, the refund will amount to 80% of the service fee.
If you have reached the stage where you have purchased a vehicle at auction, our fee is not refundable and is in fact used to compensate the buyer who is now faced with reselling the vehicle that was bought on your instructions. If the vehicle is already in transit then you must proceed with the process.
As with any financial decision, it is very important to note that you should not enter into the process without being certain that you will go through with it and have the funds available to do so from the beginning.
