Unfortunately not at this time.

While the Suzuki Cappuccino should technically be eligible for import under SEVS, DOTARS has not currently made a ruling on this model to add it to the register of eligible models (see SEVS Approved Model List).

Until this happens, it is not possible for a workshop to apply for compliance on this model, and they can't be imported to Australia.

Assuming this model is added to the SEVS eligible list in future, it would still take at least 12 to 18 months before a workshop would be able to comply it, due to the lengthy SEVS application process.
